The pump does not work on Face Cream or Bronzing Cream. What should I do?
Our airless packaging can be a little slow to start. It's a smart pack that squeezes out all thecontents but unfortunately sometimes has trouble getting started. A quick solution is to hit the bottom of the pack against a hard surface a few times, turn the pack upside down and pump until it starts. It may take a few minutes and possibly a few tries at worst, but it has worked for those who have experienced it.
If you're not able to get the pump started, we will of course send you a new product. In that case, contact care@edosthlm.se and we will assist you further.
How do I choose the right kit?
One way to get over the threshold of a complete beauty routine is to buy a ready-made kit, carefully selected and composed. We have divided our products into packages depending on needs and wishes, so you can easily find something for yourself or surprise someone

How do I choose the right color for Brow & Beard Pen?
Choose according to your preferences! Below are tips on how to choose based on your hair color.
Black hair: Choose the color Black or Dark.
Dark hair: Choose the color Dark or Medium.
Light hair: Choose the color Light or Granite.
Select a color that matches your hair color to achieve a natural look. If you have lighter hair, you can absolutely choose a darker color for the brows, and the same goes for darker hair that prefers a lighter color.
How do I choose the right color Concealer Pen?
Choose concealer according to your needs. If you wish to cover pimples, redness, or dark circles under the eyes, choose the concealer that most closely matches your skin tone.
If you want to lighten certain parts of your face, choose a lighter shade than your skin tone.

Yes, we do! We offer free shipping on all orders over 500 SEK within Sweden. For international orders, the shipping cost varies depending on the destination and is indicated at checkout.

We process and ship your order within two business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Within Sweden: Delivery time is usually 3-5 working days.
Internationally: Delivery time varies between 5-14 working days depending on country and shipping options.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we do. We deliver to several countries outside of Sweden. The shipping cost and delivery time depend on the destination and are shown at checkout.
